

Blue Jacket Program
The Blue Jacket Program is a strategic plan of action to mitigate non-operational safety issues to ensure the wellbeing of all LEG team members. These safety concerns include but are not limited to fires, natural disasters such as tornados and floods, and different threats that are made to the building such as active shooters.

We have chosen 10 Blue Jacket Captains who are strategically positioned around both the 7th and 10th floor. Our captains have been cross trained in CPR/First Aid, Fire Emergency, and other crisis situations and will continue to be refreshed on training procedures as new protocols arise. During times of crisis, look out for our Blue Jacket Captains who will be sporting brightly colored vests.
